| Spiritual gatherings for women of faith help to create an atmosphere of friendship and understanding between women of various faiths, and offer opportunities for interfaith education. | |
Women of different faiths join together to explore and discuss what their faiths have in common and what is important to everyone around them. Many women feel compelled to share with others what they have learned in their group discussions, and go on to stay in touch with everyone they have met. |

IM, together with a host congregation, offers two to three large Gatherings each year. These events typically include dinner, songs representative of the host congregation, and a program that conveys a theme of friendship, peace and interfaith understanding. Gatherings have previously been hosted by River Oaks Baptist, St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Live Oak Friends Meeting House (Quaker) and the Zoroastrian Association of Houston. |
