Featuring a special recognition and reflection for graduating high school seniors
HOUSTON (May 26, 2020) – Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston (Interfaith Ministries) is hosting a virtual Interfaith Vigil for Giving Thanks and Healing on Thursday, June 4 from 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. as a way for the community to be united during these difficult times.
The community is welcome to join Interfaith Ministries for this special opportunity to gather virtually on Thursday, June 4 at 5:00 p.m. as to offer prayers and reflections giving thanks, and for hope and healing and remember those whose lives have been tragically lost because of COVID-19. We will also pay tribute to students, K-12 and college students, impacted by COVID-19 and offer special congratulations and reflections for our graduating high school seniors.
Special prayers, reflections, music and readings will be offered by faith leaders and two high school seniors from Houston’s diverse religious communities.
