HOUSTON (August 13, 2020) – Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston’s IMpulse young professionals’ group will host the third of a series of Vital Conversations with our Community, an initiative created by Interfaith Ministries in the aftermath of George Floyd’s killing. The series addresses issues of social justice and race relations in a virtual format. Previous discussions have focused on the topics of “Justice, Equality and Respect” and “Allyship.”
The third in this series will be held on Wednesday, August 26 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. The program will be accessible via Zoom and Facebook Live. Moderated and hosted by the Impulse young professionals’ group, participants will discuss their dreams for a more just and equitable society. Be inspired by a new generation who are poised to make lasing and meaningful social and economic change.
