For All Humanity
October 14, 2020 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
This year, For All Humanity – An IM Celebration of New Americans, which benefits Refugee Services, will be an all-new virtual evening event! On October 14th at 6:00 pm tune into an exclusive webpage to hear fun and enlightening stories from a panel of successful immigrants and refugees who have found Home a World Away! This program is being hosted in partnership with Houstonia Magazine, which published the article Houston: The American Dream in March of this year to highlight 40 refugees and immigrants, many that were from IM, here in Houston.
We are honoring Rev. John Wurster, as the 2020 Refugee Services Humanitarian of the Year, for his work personally and through St. Philip Presbyterian Church to serve refugee families in Houston.
Musical performances will be by the Houston Symphony – Community Engagement Members. A week-long online auction will be available for your shopping and bidding delight, and a catered meal will be provided by delivery to the homes of ticket and table sponsors and their virtual guests for this one-of-a-kind event!
Tickets ($200+) and table sponsorships ($2,500+) are available now!
