At Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston, our volunteer philosophy centers on direct, hands-on support for those in need. When you volunteer with our Refugee Services, you work closely with refugee clients and their families, helping them settle into their new lives. This close interaction allows volunteers to make a meaningful difference, providing crucial support and fostering hope within our community. Join us in creating a welcoming environment for our newest neighbors.

This commitment spans 4-6 months, with volunteers dedicating a minimum of 1 hour per week to their assigned family. Join us in making a lasting impact on their journey toward integration and empowerment within our community.
