 Applicant Selection Process 

  • 2. Attend a 15-minute 1-on-1 Zoom screening interview.

  • 3. Attend a 1-hour Zoom group interview.

  • 4. Receive, sign and return a conditional offer letter.

  • 5. Begin enrollment and submit proof of eligibility requirements.

  • 6. Attend in-person Project Site Matching Fair.

  • 7. Complete and pass background checks and drug screening.

  • 8. Receive Member Service Agreement (MSA) and begin service.

 Eligibility Requirements 

  • Be at a minimum of 18 years of age by the start of service.

  • Provide proof of status as a U.S. citizen or national or of lawful permanent resident alien status in the United States.

  • Pass background checks and provide documentation required to verify background.

  • Complete and pass an at-random drug screening. This will be administered on any date before the start of your service, and will be required to be submitted within 24 hours.
  • Serve a minimum of either 20 or 25 hours per week between the start of your service and April 18, 2025.

  • Have no competing commitments (i.e. not having a full-time job).

  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Be able to serve in person at your assigned project site, with the flexibility to serve your community wherever and however you are called to do so!

  • Bilingual/Spanish is a plus!
