HOUSTON (September 16, 2019) – Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston (Interfaith Ministries) and Center for Houston’s Future (CHF) are hosting a discussion on immigration at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 17 at Interfaith Ministries, 3303 Main St. in Houston. This is a free event.
Toward a New Dialogue on the Role of Immigrants in our Community will feature a screening of a Season 1 episode in the Rational Middle of Immigration documentary series as well as an opportunity for facilitated discussions among attendees.
The Center will also present on its report, Houston’s Economic Future: Immigration, that concluded the region’s economic growth is critically dependent on continued immigration.
