2026-2027 Dialogue Series

Dialogue is at the heart of IM Houston’s mission: Through our Interfaith Dialogue Series, we bring together individuals from diverse faith traditions to engage in meaningful conversations, build relationships, and foster understanding across differences. These gatherings create space for connection, reflection, and community impact.

Our Dinner Dialogues are IM Houston’s signature interfaith program, bringing together participants from different backgrounds to explore shared values and engage in thoughtful discussion.

Faith in Dialogue

Belief  •  Story •  Service

A shared table for people of different faiths to think together, feel together, and work together.

WELCOME – Why We Set This Table

Tonight isn’t a debate and it isn’t a lecture. It’s a dinner. Across history and across traditions, sharing a meal has been one of the most basic human ways of saying: you belong here. We’ve built this evening around that idea, in three movements — Belief, Story, and Service — moving from what we think, to what we’ve lived, to what we’ll do next, together.

MOVEMENT ONE

Belief — Sharing the beliefs that shape our faiths.

MOVEMENT TWO

Story — Sharing personal experience.

MOVEMENT THREE

Service — Exploring how we collaborate across faiths on shared social concerns.
