Each month, Faith in Our City focuses on a particular religion with two tightly coordinated events. In the early part of the month, the Rev. Greg Han, an experienced pastor and educator of religions, gives an hour-long presentation on the religious tradition. We then pair that more academic presentation with a visit later in the month to a house of worship in that tradition, where participants can meet and interact with faith practitioners and experience sacred space. We find this dual approach of a more formal presentation with experiential learning makes for a potent combination.
