Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston (now IM Houston) is excited to welcome Sheroo Mukhtiar as she officially begins her role as the organization’s new President and Chief Executive Officer. With over 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Sheroo steps into this position ready to build on IM Houston’s strong foundation and guide the organization into an inspiring new chapter.  

Sheroo brings a proven history of transformative leadership, including her impactful tenure as CEO of SERJobs, where she strengthened services and opportunities for underserved communities across Greater Houston. Her innovative vision and dedication to empowering others make her an outstanding choice to lead IM Houston’s mission of serving vulnerable populations and fostering interfaith collaboration.
