New Exhibit Celebrates Faith, Friendship, and Understanding
Created with assistance from IM Houston, The Children’s Museum Houston’s Faithful Friends exhibit is a vibrant, hands-on experience where children and their families can explore our city’s rich religious and cultural diversity. Through interactive displays, storytelling, and rotating activities in the Kaleidoscope Room, young visitors are invited to discover what they share with others and celebrate what makes each tradition unique.
The exhibit builds bridges of understanding by encouraging curiosity and kindness, values that resonate across all faiths. It’s a journey of belief and belonging that reminds us: friendship grows stronger when we take the time to truly know one another. Faithful Friends is located on the first floor of the Children’s Museum Houston. The exhibit opened on April 6, 2025, and is available for guests to enjoy during all regular museum hours.
The new exhibit is more than a display. It is a collaboration between IM Houston and the Children’s Museum Houston. Together, we created a space where children and families can explore faith, friendship, and understanding in creative and joyful ways.
